This beautiful late Victorian walking stick has a 12 inch long x 1-1/8 inch sterling silver repousse handle, adorned with flora and ferns, no fauna. Stamped Sterling at the very bottom of the handle, it does have a period monogram TK. A tiny rosewood collar and slender rosewood shaft terminates in a 1-1/4 inch bimetal tip. Overal length is 35-3/4 inches. This is a lovely Victorian stick with an extremely long handle.

Thre is a beautiful TVK period monogram on the top of the handle. The shaft is rosewood and hexagonal in shape to jibe with with handle. This grand Art Nouveau walking stick sports a fabulous sterling silver handle by one of the largest manufacturers of American Art Nouveau silver, Unger Brothers. The firm was in business in Newark, New Jersey from 1872 to 1914, turning out silver flatware, holloware, smalls, jewelry, and novelties. This Victorian 410 shotgun cane has a hidden trigger and is one of the best we've seen. It sorts a horn crook handle which measures 4-1/2 inches in width by 5-3/4 inches in length including the collar and 28 inches from breech to tip. The nice hardwood shaft terminates in an old metal ferrule, which is 3/8 of an inch, and overall length is 34-1/2 inches. The engraving is especially nice on the collar.
This mammouth Victorian presentation walking stick has a handsome sterling silver repousse handle that measures 2-3/8 inches in length by 2 inches in diameter, topping a hefty hardwood 1-1/4-inch tapered shaft and 1-5/8-inch bimetal tip. These two circa 1898 gold-topped presentation walking sticks are sold as a set. The first one, engraved "C.G. Leonhardt on his 68th Birthday From the Aurora Lodge No. 633 FAM Aug. 5, 1830", belonged to Christian Gottlieb Leonhardt (Aug. 5, 1830-Jan. 16, 1910) who emigrated from Germany, first to Jefferson, IN where he was a teacher and later to Louisville, KY where he was described in later census records simply as a "capitalist".
